Francois is a professional quantity surveyor registered with the Namibian Council for Architects and Quantity Surveyors, the South African Council of Quantity Surveyors and the Royal Institute for Chartered Surveyors in the United Kingdom.
He is also a professional Town & Regional Planner registered with the Namibian Council of Town & Regional Planners and the SA Council for Town & Regional Planners.
He obtained his B.Sc QS degree in 1981 and his Masters in Town & Regional Planning in 1984 at the University of the Orange Free State, South Africa.
Francois Swart is the managing director of CES Namibia and the principal of IDC Town & Regional Planning. His 32 years of professional experience gained in South Africa and Namibia spanned all the diversified fields of Quantity Surveying and Town & Regional Planning. He gained experience in both professional fields in order that he can play the unique roll of being a Quantity Surveyor with a wide economic background, who can approach and assess building economics in the most cost effective way.
Gustav Dreyer is a young dynamic new generation Quantity surveyor. He finished school in 1999 and his studies in 2005, he worked for a contractor fulltime for 2 years and 3 years part time during his studies. After finishing his studies he worked for another year and a half for one of Southern Africa`s biggest contractors. During his tenure at contractors he has gained a vast range of experience in the contracting industry.
In 2007 he started his tenure with CES Group. In 2009 he relocated to Namibia to open an office in Windhoek (CES Namibia). During his tenure at CES Group and CES Namibia he has gained experience including but not limited to, townhouse complexes, shopping centres, schools, office blocks, mining, and mining infrastructure, slimes dams, rural development, irrigation, and luxury residential houses and units. He is currently full time employed by and member of CES Namibia.
Danie Labuschagne is a young self-motivated Quantity Surveyor in training. He finished school in 2006 at Grey College and obtained his B.Sc. Honors degree at the University of the Free State in 2011. Early in 2012 he started his professional career at CES Namibia.
Since being employed at CES Namibia he obtained experience in the preparation of bills of quantities and doing valuations and cost reports on projects.
The projects he worked on include schools, townhouse complexes, shopping centers, office blocks and markets.
Onecca is a hardworking, focussed & ambitious young lady. She obtained her diploma in Land Management at the Polytechnic of Namibia in 2012 and has since been working for IDC Town and Regional Planning as a Technical Town Planning Assistant and Receptionist.
With great motivation and exposure to the build environment through CES Namibia she decided to pursue studies in Quantity Surveying. She has recently obtained her Diploma in Quantity surveying at the University of Free State and is proud to be amongst the few females in Namibia to pursue such a career.
Jandré Lamprecht is a young, eager and vibrant Quantity Surveyor in training. He graduated from the University of the Free State in 2013 with a B.Sc Quantity Surveyors Honours degree. He started his professional career at CES Namibia early in 2014.
He is currently obtaining valuable experience in construction projects in all facets of Quantity Surveying on various commercial, residential and other community based projects nation wide.
Johann Jurgens is a young motivated Quantity Surveyor in training. He matriculated in 2009 at Windhoek High School in Namibia and obtained his BSc QS degree in 2013 and is currently enrolled in BSc QS Honours degree at The University of Free State.
He started work at CES Namibia in October 2014 and is obtaining experience in various aspects of Quantity surveying.
Suoma Shalongo is an eager, hardworking and motivated lady. She studied Bricklaying and Plastering at Windhoek Vocational Training Centre in 2011 and she completed her National Level 6 in Building and Civil Engineering at College of Cape Town in April 2014.
Suoma worked at Nexus Civil as a bricklayer and plasterer from January 2012 to June 2013 before she joined CES Namibia in September 2014.
Her aim is to obtain a degree and pursue a career in Quantity Surveying in the years to come.
Michelle is a hardworking and driven person who is always up for a challenge, she is fully committed to accomplish her goal to become a successful registered Quantity Surveyor in the future. After she matriculated in 2012 from the Otjiwarongo Secondary School she decided to study full time at the University of Pretoria. The first two years of her student life she studied towards a B Ed FED degree and then changed courses. She is currently a part time third year student who is studying towards a Quantity Surveying degree at the University of Bloemfontein.
Sacky Magadhi is a hardworking messenger at CES Namibia. He works 09:00 to 16h30 collecting and doing deliveries to and from our clients.
